This project is a quality improvement project designed to create a medical home for children and youth with epilepsy in the State of Kansas. To achieve this goal the projects combines telemedicine and improved education for primary care physicians, patients and their families as well as improved detection and treatment of mental health issues common to this patient population and improved transition of care when the children reach adulthood.
