    Dr. Tam-Williams research is focused on collaborating with physicians from multiple specialties involved with asthma care at Children's Mercy to build a comprehensive guideline to asthma management and improve the care children receive.

    Dr. Tam-Williams; Founder/Director of multidisciplinary clinic for children with severe refractory asthma addressing the multiple contributors to severe asthma: intrinsic lung disease, allergy, environment, psychological and social.

    Dr. Tam-Williams also does research in ILD and participates in National research networks in childhood ILD.
