research overview Dr. Cheung’s research interests involve exploring the elegance of computational algorithms, focused in the myriad of diverse application domains of bioinformatics. His current ongoing projects involve high-throughput epigenomics datasets and associated data, interrogating the interplay between the genome, methylome, transcriptome, chromatin histone mark deposition and accessibility.
