In this cluster randomized controlled trial we will evaluate our novel approach to increasing adolescent access to sexual reproductive health and mental health care. Adolescent leaders from partner community organizations will recruit friends to form small networks. We will randomize networks to community-level intervention or multi-level intervention. We will use mixed-methodology to assess intervention feasibility and explore contextual factors at the individual, interpersonal, and community levels.
