A Phase 1/2/3 study (C4591001) is currently being conducted in healthy individuals 12 years of age and older to investigate the safety, tolerability, immunogenicity, and efficacy of the prophylactic BNT162 vaccine candidates against COVID-19. The vaccine candidate selected for evaluation in the C4591001 Phase 2/3 study is BNT162b2 at a 30-µg dose level.
