This project is a bedside to bench translation of a novel therapy for infant ALL, testing DNA demethylation in infants treated with azacitidine on the Children’s Oncology Group trial AALL15P1. The project includes a correlative methylation analysis of MLL rearranged leukemia cells in a mouse xenograft model, pre- and post- treatment with azacitidine.
