The objective of this study is to apply a new sequencing method, PacBio HiFi long-read sequencing, to identify mutations in lung tissue samples from cases of sporadic LAM.

Our hypothesis is that unique genomic signatures comprised of somatic mutations outside of TSC1/TSC2 contribute to sporadic LAM disease manifestation.
