Overview Research Dr. Lobeck is the Surgical Director of the Fetal Health Center and Assistant Professor in both Pediatric Surgery as well as Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is triple board certified in General Surgery, Pediatric Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. Her research focuses on advancing the field of fetal surgery including leading clinical trials and translational research in all aspects of prenatal intervention to change the outcome of previously non-survivable congenital anomalies and improve quality of life. She is currently leading two multi-institutional and multidisciplinary North American Fetal Therapy Network (NAFTNet) studies.
